It wouldn’t quite be Christmas without cookies, right?
Well today, I’m sharing my take on some cookie cups… You heard right, cookie cups. Starting with a white chocolate chip and crystallised ginger, filled with a spiced creme pat, topped with edible cookie dough which is studded with white chocolate and gingers and finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.
These are the perfect last minute thing to make for those friends and family you’ll see during the festive period – especially for those with a sweet tooth, I promise you!
The end of bakemas 2021 is almost here but these cookie cups are actually a surplus video from last year – I didn’t use it at the time due to thinking it wouldn’t be a good enough video. However, you have them here in front of you today!

75g granulated sugar.
75 light brown sugar.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
